My Oomph! CD arrived today! "Wahrheit oder Pflicht".
What it means, I know not.
Which is why I VOW to learn German someday. German and Swedish. And yes, someday I'll get around to explaining why these two countries are my favourite. But not today.
This will be my last post for at least a little while (I hope XD) because I'm trying to cut back on blogging. I feel like I'm getting to be annoying. But then again, we'll see how long that resolution lasts. Well, I'm posting tomorrow, but nothing really of substance.
I accidentally ordered Oceanborn yesterday, aha. Funny story. I was looking for prices on Amazon, right? My credit card only had $14.28 on it (shut up, I don't have $250 on hand to reload it), so I was checking around different prices. So I saw the CD for $10-something, and wanted to know shipping costs. Idiotic me. There was this little button on the left that said "One-click ordering!" and then underneath it said "(You can still cancel)", so I thought that this would be a faster way just to see the shipping expenses. Again, SHUT UP! It was like 1 am, I wasn't at my brightest. So, it turns out I couldn't cancel the order because it was from the Marketplace and not Amazon itself. The way it works is it automatically charges your credit card (because you are logged in and so your credit card number is accessible for it)...no confirmation, no nothing. Just click and then it's bought. Amusingly, I bought it from the same vendor from which I bought the Oomph! CD. I can picture myself spending lots of money with that vendor. What's stupid is that I bought the CD for $10-something (after shipping it came to be $14.25, so I now have 3 cents on my card), but some people on there were charging $25, and one was selling for SIXTY FUCKING DOLLARS! O.o Like wtf? Then someone was selling a combo pack with Angels Fall First and Oceanborn (I think the re-released versions) for $143! Wow. I love Nightwish but I wouldn't spend that much on them.
But yes. Moving on.
I don't have anything else to say really. I finally finished my mom's belated mother's day drawing, of which pictures shall be posted tomorrow. I waited this long because I figured I'd just give it to her on her birthday, which is tomorrow (she's pretty much exactly a month older than Anette XD. Incidentally, Anette's b-day is my bro's. How perfect, haha. I had a mini-freakout when I first got into Nightwish and found this out. The novelty's worn off now though). Shitty family junk going on, meaning one of my aunts won't be present. Gotta love familial drama. They act like they're in high school. Seriously.
And on that note, I'm off, hopefully for a few days (I...must...resist), except tomorrow, like I said. Going downtown today with Sarah, and I can see myself buying some Nightwish merch from Wild Planet. I can't go in there and not buy something if they have anything. I'm running out of room in my room for posters, though flags can be hung on my ceiling. Someday I'll have to show you guys my room of fandomness haha. Considering only like...three of my friends have seen it, and none have seen it in it's even Nightwishier state. Someday.
Fanfic update sucksssssssss. I'm sorry. It really does though. Wow. I'm ashamed of myself.
Also, I'm making a big, big list (I like lists). Big, big list is fun :)
